1. Went out for a special dinner tonight. We went to Lidia’s Kansas City, and feasted on a special anniversary menu with 2 pastas, a main dish (I had salmon; my bf had porchetta), plus a plate of appetizers and a plate of desserts. The tiramisu was divine. Actually, it was all divine. We’ve barely been to restaurants for over 2 years, so it was quite a treat. And the food was magnificent.
2. I made a car payment. Which doesn’t seem like all that big of a deal, except that now I only have one left. One more car payment, and then it’s all mine. It needs some work, of course, but all mine. I am so happy to have one less debt hanging over my head. Especially with how the economy is these days.
3. Got to spend Saturday hanging out with this guy, which was awesome. It was a peaceful Caturday with Premier League soccer and college football and reading and this guy. Lovely!
