tartan christmas tree skirt

I am all about the plaid, especially a Scottish tartan. They are the best. So a Scottish tartan plaid for a Christmas tree skirt seems ideal. It’s a lovely color, and the fabric is so soft. It’s lined, so it’s sturdy, and there are ribbons to tie it together. I like how the ribbons are sewn on. You can tie them together in a way to hide the bows, or you can show them off.

I can think of one potential issue with this though. As I said, it’s soft. It’s so soft, I keep reaching over to feel it. And if my cat wasn’t upstairs napping right now, he would lay down on this tree shirt and nothing short of a mouse to chase or a taco to steal (mine, obviously), he wouldn’t move a single paw off of it. I think just about any pet will be happy to make a comfy bed under the tree on this tree skirt. If that’s what you’re going for, then this will be perfect for you. Personally, I can’t think of a better gift under the tree.
