gray foam footrest

I think this footrest is ingenious. There are so many options. I love using it like an ottoman with my sofa, but the top of it also works really well as a footrest under my computer desk. The foam is sturdy, but the footrest as a whole is lightweight, so I can pick it up and move it to a new location with ease.

The two part separate easily, with a tug to the hook-and-loop connectors keeping it together. And it goes back together just as easily. I was a little worried that using the sections separately might mean the hook-and-loop would catch on something (that the hook would catch on carpet, as it’s on the bottom of the top section, or that the loop might snag a sock, as it’s on the top of the bottom section), but I didn’t have any issues at all. And yet, they hold the whole footrest together perfectly.

This works pretty much any way you need it to. I love that I can use the whole block together like an ottoman, or I can use either section alone to raise my feet, my legs, or as a laptop stand to do my work on my lap. And that outer cover is soft, making it extra comfortable. I now have plans for this winter. I will be sitting with my feet up, whether I’m working on my computer, watching television, or reading. And I will be comfy.
