These pans are fantastic. They are so easy to use, and they clean up with little effort. I made some boxed brownies, and they turned out delicious. Getting them out of the pan was so easy. I didn’t have to do anything extra, just cut them into slices and then used the spatula to scoop them out.
The pan felt a little wobbly, a little unpredictable. I was careful and didn’t have any issues. You can always put another pan beneath it to keep it more stable. Since I didn’t use a stabilizing pan, I did have a little wobble when I was checking to see if the brownies were done, but it didn’t make a difference overall. However, if I ever use these to bake something important, I will probably use a stabilizer, just to be certain.
But I am really happy with these pans. In the past, I’ve always used metal pans for brownies. I don’t think I’m going back. I don’t have to use any kind of grease or baking spray to keep bakes from sticking, and washing them is a breeze. I am all in for the silicone for easier baking and easier cleaning.
