over-the-door organizer

They say to measure your space before you order this, and I will second that. This over-the-door organizer is bigger than you think it’s going to be. I expected it to be big, and it was still larger than I expected. You need a full-size door to make it fit, and be aware that these shelves are deep. Now, this is not a complaint. I am so impressed with how much storage space this adds.

Or kitchen is tiny, and I knew that this would never fit our small pantry. So I got it hoping to use it for our linen closet, to store extra first aid supplies and shampoos and such. I didn’t realize how small that door was (it’s skinnier than most doors), so now it’s hanging over the door in our guest room. And it holds so much. There are shelves large enough to store liter shampoo and conditioner bottles or extra boxes of facial tissues. The shelves are adjustable, easily popping in and out, so you can make them as tall or as short as you need.

The shelves did need some assembly, but the directions were easy to understand and it went together quickly. And there is an extra piece of each of the hardware pieces, something I appreciate as so many manufacturers don’t throw in an extra and you may be scrambling at the last minute if something breaks or you drop it in an unfortunate place. Everything about this organizer seems well designed and thoughtful, and I will always be grateful for this extra storage.
