red silicone 8 inch cake pan

I got some smaller silicone cake pans, and I adore them, so I decided to go for the 8 inch pan as well. And it’s amazing. I baked a simple yellow cake with it, and it worked beautifully. And after cooling, the cake popped right out of the pan with no effort. It washes up so easily and makes baking so much fun that I feel bad for using metal pans all those years. Silicone pans are so much more convenient, and as long as I remember to support the bottom of the pan as I put it in the oven, I get perfect cakes.
