1. It’s finally cooler out. The leaves are turning colors and dropping. It rained last week, so it was nice and gray. I am ready for fall and maybe somewhat for winter. Really, what I’m ready for is to spend a couple of months on the sofa reading, under gobs of blankets with hot tea and cookies nearby, but I’ll take what I can het.

2. Half-price after-Halloween candy!

3. Finally got my flu shot and Covid shot today, so I am ready to reject all those germs. No germs! Thank you, CVS.
