1. Yesterday it was hot and humid. Then it rained last night for a couple of hours (unfortunately right in the middle of the Sporting game), but then the switch was flipped. Today it was still a little wet, but the temperatures had dropped from near 90 to the 60s, and I got to wear my hoodie. I had to take it off once I got to my mom’s as she’s always cold and had the heat on, but I put it back on to go back outside. And it should be like that all week. I am smiling!

2. I heard a rumor that the new season of the Great British Bake Off will be hitting Netflix soon, and I am so ready for that. There is nothing more soothing than some time in the tent. (Just this tent though. I am not a fan of any other tent, just to be clear. #notahappycamper)

3. With the cooler temperatures and a Saturday afternoon with nothing pressing, I decided to make a big pot of my favorite chicken and noodles. Drove the cat crazy, as he is a big bird fan, but I also thought it was delicious. And just like that, lunch for the week is done. Yummy!
