1. Baking It is back. While I prefer Making It, where host Amy Poehler pairs so perfectly with Nick Offerman, this show has cupcakes and more importantly, it has the grandmas. There are 4 grandmas who judge the bakes, and they are phenomenal. I love them so much. I wish they had a show like The View and a podcast and maybe a late night show too. I would watch them all, except obviously the podcast, which I would have to just listen to. But I would be waiting on that download every week because it would be one of my favorites.

2. Soccer. I’m really enjoying watching the women’s World Cup games. And Premier League is back in just a couple of weeks, so it’s all good! And I still get to watch my MLS love Sporting KC in the Leagues Cup.

3. The University of Kansas Hospital system. My mother-in-law had knee replacement surgery this week, and they did an amazing job of taking care of her through the procedure and in the days after, before she moved to a rehab hospital. And they were very good about keeping up updated during her procedure, up until they had a room ready for her and we were able to see her again. Although I will say that their waiting room seats could be a little more comfortable. But the nurses were all exceptional, and we were grateful that they took such good care of her.
