1. It was a very busy weekend, but we got things done. Saturday we got my mother moved into her new apartment. She hired excellent help, and we were able to get just about everything put away so she can use it. She will be starting the week out with everything she needs to live well there. And she’s happy, which is the most important thing.

2. Today, we were able to spend some time with my partner’s mother. We took her out for a little shopping and some ice cream, and she’s ready for her week also. It’s good to know that those we love are in a good place going in to a new week.

3. I got lots of excellent kitten time this weekend, which was awesome. I needed a lot of kitten time with everything else going on lately. DonDon is a sweetheart, and he reminds me to just sit sometimes and to play other times, and he makes it all about the love. And the catnip treats.
