1. Friday was my boyfriend’s birthday, so Friday night we went out for a lovely dinner. And then last night we had friends over for dinner, and everyone had a great time. It was great to see all the different people from different eras of his life come together to celebrate, to eat and laugh and tease him for being old. There was good food, good drinks, a most excellent cat, and lots of love. I hope you have 50 more happy years, my love.
2. Last Sunday night was a big family do, and it was great to see people I don’t get to see very often and catch up. Much fun was had, and there was cake.
3. We had a raffle at work to raise money for breast cancer research, and I was the lucky winner of a paid day off! I am very excited for the extra day off, and so grateful for the universe for gifting me with that. It is a true gift!
