1. Last night there was a friendly soccer game in Green Bay (the first ever soccer game at Lambeau Field) between Manchester City and Bayern Munich. Which is my dream matchup, watching my favorite striker against my favorite goalkeeper. And while we didn’t get to see much of the game between weather delays and the start of the Sporting game, I did get to see Erling Haaland score his first goal for Man City, and against Manual Neuer, aka The Wall. And that was amazing. I am so excited that we are so close to the new season of European soccer. Bring it!

2. It’s back to school time, so it’s time to stock up on those 35 cent notebooks. Thank you, Staples! Love them all!

3. I have been looking around our townhouse lately and seeing the cracks in the cement out front, the carpet that needs to be replaced, the bathrooms that need to be updated, and the basement needs to be de-cluttered. And yet, at the end of the day, there is no place else I would rather be. This is home, with all of its imperfections, and it’s where my favorite person and cat are, and it is my heart. I love being at home!
