That account, Purr in ink, is drawn by Portuguese artist Luis Coelho, and now he has collected some of his favorite comics into a book.

I adored The Book of Purrs. I read it on a particularly difficult day, and I couldn’t help but smile over and over as I read through these comics. There is so much warmth, so many heart-warming moments. While there are a couple of spicy words that rhyme with kitty, the rest of the book is just pure light and love. This is a book that should be kept close by for challenging moments and disappointing days, to bring smiles and purrs and love bites to the dark times or to add a special bite of sweetness to a good moment. I will carry this one in my heart for a long time.
