just finished: ummmm. I’m close on a couple, so I’m going to write about those here. I’ve been listening to Christopher Buckley’s Boomsday in my car, and I’m almost done. I’m not sure what I’ll listen to next. We’ll see. And I’m almost finished reading ya thriller It Will End Like This. It’s about sisters whose mother died suddenly, and now they’re wondering if their father and his new girlfriend had anything to do with her death and who they can trust. I can’t wait to see where this one goes!

currently reading: Bridget Jones: Mad About the Boy, because of course I am. I’m also reading the new Julia Cameron, an Artist’s Way book about prayer. And I’ve started Bad Luck Bridesmaid, which is so much fun! I am loving this book, about a bridesmaid who can’t seem to make it down the aisle. All her brides take off before they can get to the altar. Zoey, the bridesmaid in question, is a fantastic character, and this book is a dream.

up next: there are a bunch more great books coming out a week from Tuesday. There are some fantastic looking rom coms—How to Love Your Neighbor, Love & Other Disasters, Made in Manhattan—as well as Kaira Rouda’s new Somebody’s Home and the last in the darling Jessica Darling series, Perfect Fifths. I have some good reading to do this month! And I won the new Catherine McKenzie, Please Join Us, from Atria Books and Goodreads. It’s about a woman who joins a “professional help” group, and you know what that means. It’s cult o’clock! This one isn’t out until May, but you can keep it in mind for your summer reading.
