recently finished: The Bookish Life of Nina Hill. It doesn’t come out until later this summer, but it’s fantastic! A woman who works at a bookstore, regularly gets herself kicked out of bars (she takes her trivia team very seriously!), falls in love, finds a family she never knew she had, and imagines two artisanal ice cream places building trebuchets and having a war with each other. How can you not like a book like that?
currently reading: Just started Wild and Crazy Guys, about the comedians of the ‘80s. And I’m reading Sally Hepworth’s Mother-in-Law, which sucked me in right away.
up next: Steak and Cake, because what could possibly be better than steak, followed by cake?!?
