red striped sweater

I am not a big fan of striped tops, but this sweater is adorable. It’s soft and stretchy, making it super comfortable. The sleeves are nice and long (I love that!), and the contrasting piping adds a nice decorative element at the cuffs and tops of the sleeves.

The construction is boxy, which makes the sweater slightly oversized, but the ribbing at the waist brings it back in at the bottom. The cotton is flexible and comforting, and the red stipes makes it perfect for fall. I can wear it to work or out on the weekends heading to the farmer’s market, bookshop, or cider mill. I love it and plan to wear it over and over once the weather turns cold enough.
