lumbar pillow

I got this intending to use it at work, in my office chair. I spend a lot of time sitting in my office staring at a computer screen, so I thought it might help my back. It has yet to make it there. When I’m working on my laptop at home, even just scrolling social media or shopping, I sit at my dining room table on a long bench with a bookshelf behind me. It was the weekend, so it would be a couple of days before I went to work, so I set it on the bench where I sit. And it’s been fantastic.

I didn’t realize how much support I wasn’t getting with this bench until I had this lumbar pillow behind me. It has made sitting much more comfortable, offering support to my back and making it easier for me to concentrate on my work. The memory foam keeps my back relaxed, and having a happy back makes everything else easier.
