puffy nylon crossbody bag black/olive

What a fun bag! It is comfortable as a crossbody bag, and it can hold a lot. I love that it’s puffy, adding more body to it, so it’s hard to tell just by looking at it how much is stored inside. There are several pockets to stash phone or tissues or snacks, and the handle is long, so you can adjust it to make it fit just right. And it’s nylon, which is waterproof, which is great when the weather decides to dump several inches of rain on us in just a few weeks.

But one of the best features is the zipper that goes from one side, down and around, to the other side, so you can unzip it to just about double the amount of space available inside. So you can use it for shopping, adding small purchases as you move from shop to shop. Or you can fill it for a long day with snacks and drinks, and zip it up as you don’t need as much room inside.

There is a zipper pocket across the front for quick access, and inside there is a zipper pocket and a pocket without a zipper to stash lip balm, tissues, medicine, or whatever you need. And there is a zipper on the back that goes up and down instead of across. It’s a big pocket, making it easy to hide away anything that you most want to protect. It’s unusual to see a pocket that is angled like that on the back of a purse, so I am really intrigued by that one.

The one thing that disappointed me about this bag is the color. I ordered the Dark Gray, and it is not. The front pocket is black, which I am fine with. But the rest of the bad and the handle are Olive Green instead of dark gray. I love everything else about the bag, but that shade of green is just not a favorite. Other than that, I love it.
