navy anorak windbreaker
This is such a great windbreaker. It’s lightweight, but helps keep the weather at bay. It deflects water, so a it can take on a light rainstorm with no problems, although I wouldn’t wear it in a heavy storm and expect to be protected. But for spring or fall (I’m in a part of the US with hot summers and snowy winters), this jacket is perfect.
I got the navy, which I love. The zippers are heavy-duty, even on the front pockets, so those will stay closed even with a wallet, phone, or keys inside. It’s easy to flip the hood up for some extra protection from the weather, but there are no strings to make it tighten (or for the cat to play with). But that means that if you’re a runner, then those strings won’t be in the way.
This is a sophisticated windbreaker, perfect for exercise, hiking, or just hanging out with friends and family, going to the pumpkin patch or apple orchard in the fall, or the farmer’s market in spring. It looks good, it feels good, and it keeps the weather at bay.
