swedish dishcloths

Until I saw these, I didn’t know Swedish dishcloths existed. I prefer hand-washing dishes over using the dishwasher, so I’m always looking for new products that work well for that. I was intrigued by these dishcloths, and having used them, I am still intrigued.

The designs are simple, but I find them soothing, and I love the blue. They are made of cellulose, which has a different feel than anything I’ve used before. They’re thicker than an average cloth washcloth and a little stiff at first. But they get pliant as they soak up water, and I had a lot of fun washing dishes with them (I mean, as much fun as you can for washing dishes, obviously).

I like that you can just toss them into the washing machine after using and let them air day, and they’re ready to go again. I will be excited to see just how long they last, since I’m really enjoying the way they wash up.
