fall gnome door hanger
I am a fan of gnome decor, and this guy is delightful for fall. I love the big nose (basically a fluffy white pompom) and that the beard is made of colorful leaves. But it’s the tiny LED lights that add that extra something special.
I’ve never worked with lights like these before. As I unpackaged them, they did get a little tangled like Christmas lights do, but they were pretty easy to straighten out and then wrap around the gnome. It takes 2 AA batteries to run them, but once they light up, it’s so much more adorable. The light strand is completely separate from the gnome head, so you can leave them off if you want, or you can use them to create any kind of pattern you like on the gnome wreath. I liked wrapping the whole gnome, from the hat down, but you can experiment and see how you like your gnome best.
