red silicone muffin pan

red silicone muffin pan

This is such a fun pan. I love that it takes the traditional muffin/cupcake shape and turns them into stars (although I think they look like flowers). I made blueberry muffins, and this pan baked them perfectly. I didn’t use any oil or baking spray to prep the pan. I just put the batter right in and baked it. These muffins popped out easily and look adorable.

The silicone is so easy to clean, and the pan is versatile. I used it in my oven, but it can go in an air fryer too. Once the pan is filled, you have to be careful with it. I could get it into the oven okay by holding it carefully on the sides, but you can also stabilize it with a baking sheet underneath. If I were to use it in the air fryer, I would probably put it in the fryer basket before adding the batter, but there are some grippers in the middle of the pan that would help you get it back out of the fryer basket.

I am really happy with this pan. I love the shape of the muffins/cupcakes, and I love how easy it is to clean. I will be using this pan a lot for those adorable stars that put smiles on faces.
