cat cave

My cat was all over this before I could even get it put together. I was still getting everything out of the box, and I had set the too pieces together on the floor, noticing the cat face on the top one to make sure I had it together the right way, and he was already diving inside. It’s not too complicated to put together, but there were no directions, so it did take me a minute.

Once I got the cat out, I zippered the bottom fleece to the bottom piece, fleecy side up. Then I zippered the top fleece to the top (it has a hole where the cat face is on the molded piece), printed side up. Then I zippered them together and set it back on the floor. And before I could get a cute photo of him checking out the entrance, he was deep inside again. You can maybe see the end of his tail in this photo if you squint. He didn’t come back out until my nachos got delivered from his favorite restaurant. I gave him some of the chicken and stopped him from sticking his whole nose into my plate, and then he disappeared back into his cave and I haven’t seen him since. I think he likes it. And if he likes it, I like it too.
