black sweater dress

I have never owned a sweater dress before, but I have been curious. I was really surprised that this fit so well and felt so soft. It’s a comfortable dress, and I love that asymmetrical seam across it. I think that adds an interesting visual.

However, it’s not very flattering on me. Maybe it would be if I had ordered up a size? I think it could look a lot better with the right shapewear under it, but without it, it’s pointing out my love of doughnuts a little too much. Which is disappointing because of how comfortable it is.
