silicone mini bread loaf pan

This pan makes beautiful mini loaves. I made lemon poppyseed, using a muffin mix, and I thought they turned out beautiful. I didn’t do anything to the pan beforehand other than wash it by hand. No baking spray, no oil, no flour, I just poured the batter directly into the pan and baked the mini loaves. I didn’t have any trouble putting the pan into the oven, since it has the metal-reinforced frame. And when it came time to take the loaves out of the pan, I was able to just pull them out with my fingers (I did let them cool first, so I didn’t burn myself), with no trouble.

These mini loaves are adorable and a really good size, about the equivalent of a large muffin. I have an aunt who always makes mini loaves every Christmas of her beloved chocolate cake and the family recipe chocolate applesauce cake, and this pan would be perfect for that. It’s so easy to maintain, cleans up like it’s nothing. And it stores flat, so it doesn’t take up much room in the cupboard.

I love this pan. I will be using it over and over for muffins and cakes and anything else I can think of.
