hamburger bun pan

This pan is a revelation. Being able to make whoopie pies or hamburger buns without them getting too big is so much fun. I love that you can bake with the lid on or off, so you get to choose the height of your bake.

My whoopie pies came out really easily, and the pan cleaned up pretty easily. I like how the edges are straight, making each whoopie pie the same size, or each bun or muffin or small cake, whatever you make. It makes them look so professional and sophisticated.

I love this pan and how versatile it is. I can’t wait to keep baking with it to see what all it can do.
