silicone blue bread pan

This bread pan works so well. I made a loaf of lemon poppyseed bread using a muffin mix, and it baked beautifully. I didn’t use anything on the pan—no oil, no flour, no baking spray. I just poured the batter in and put it in the oven. As soon as I took it out of the oven, I got nervous about getting the bread out of the pan, so I did run a knife around the bread, loosening it from the edges of the pan. Then I let it cool for about 15 minutes and went back to take it out. i carefully turned the pan over, and the bread fell out into my hands. It didn’t stick at all.

I love this silicone bread pan. It washes up so easily, and it can collapse, so you can store it flat. The edges are reinforced, so it’s easy to grip as you put it in and take it out of the oven, and there is metal reinforcement around the top, so it should keep it’s shape as it’s used over and over. I can’t wait to bake more bread with this pan.
