1. It’s Wrestlemania weekend. And while this isn’t my favorite weekend, my bf loves it. I will say that there have been several entertaining moments, none better than when Danhausen came out to meet John Cena and screw with the Miz.

2. If you’ve just stumbled on to this corner of my blog (welcome!), then you may not know yet, but I am a big soccer nerd My team is Man City, and after some amazing seasons, I really didn’t think this would be their year. Had you asked me last summer who was going to win the Premier League, I would have said Arsenal. They’ve been building momentum for years, and I was thinking this would be their time to shine. But sometime recently they started falling apart. They have a lot of injuries, and they keep getting knocked out of the other tournaments (still in the FA Cup though, against tough teams). This morning, Man City played Arsenal and won. Earlier in the season, Man City had some rough months, but they got their momentum back, and now some people are thinking they may win the Premier League again. They have a game Wednesday, so we’ll see how that goes. If we win it, Man City will be back on top of the league. I did not see that coming, but I am excited to see how these next few weeks go.

3. Three evenings this last week, bad storms blew through our area. There were thunderstorms, there was hail, there were tornadoes. We were very fortunate to have missed most of it, aside from the rain. We didn’t even lose power, so we got to watch it all playing out on our local ABC channel as they showed the storm radar for hours. My heart goes out to those whose homes or businesses or other property were damaged, but I am grateful that we were not in the midst of the worst of it.
