1. The Proclaimers. I heard their song 500 Miles today, and it just hit right. I remember an episode of How I Met Your Mother where a couple of the guys went on a road trip with that song stuck in the radio (it was a cassingle, for those of you old enough to remember those). And it was fun for them, and then it was torture, and then it came around again and was the best song ever. Today is one of those songs where it was the best song ever, and it made me happy.

2. New seasons! We are watching some new Great British Bake Off episodes now, and we have Only Murders in the Building, Slow Horses, The Amazing Race, and Peacemaker waiting for us. Just as Unforgotten is coming to a close again (so sad!), I do have more shows to look forward to. This will be a good fall.

3. Ribbons. The cat has been super playful lately with the ribbons, which I love. It’s great to see him happy and playing, and I have a lot of fun with the ribbons as well.
