1. We finally got some rain. I think more is on the way, but we were super dry, so I’m sure all the trees and plants are happy to be soaking it all in.

2. Election day is this coming Tuesday, so all the ads will stop. I don’t know if we’ll have a new President yet or not, but all the local races should be finished. Living in Kansas City, we get twice the ads, since we get them for Kansas and Missouri. And both states have some contentious races. I will be very happy not to see the ads, or get all the junk mail, any more.

3. I set up an automatic litter box for this guy. I don’t think he’s tried it out yet, so I’m giving him some time to think about it. I do my best, but I wish I could keep his box cleaner for him. I’m hoping he’ll decide he loves the automatic one, so he can always have a clean box to use. I think that would be better for us all.
