1. Sporting beat St. Louis in two games of three (didn’t even play the third), so they move on in the playoffs. It’s so great to see them playing up to their potential, and to see them rewarded for that as well.

2. The Nebraska Cornhuskers football team have had some issues in the last few years, but this year’s team is coming together. We are only one win away from being bowl-eligible, which would be so amazing! I grew up in Nebraska, and I remember those bowl game days. It would be so much fun to celebrate Nebraska football with a bowl game again. Even if it does have a ridiculous name, since they’re now all corporate sponsorships.

3. I am loving this new season of Amazing Race. It’s back to those pre-pandemic style races, and it’s a lot of fun to watch. I love this show! I love getting to see and learn about new places, and I like seeing the drama of the racers. I love that this show has lasted as long as it has.
