1. The Beauty Brands liter sale. I like to stock up for the year with this, but I may have overdone it this time. As an introvert, I prefer to order online (plus, they have more stock at the warehouse than in the stores—fewer outs). And I don’t know what I was thinking when I ordered this time, but when I opened up my package, I had 4 bottles of conditioner and 2 of shampoo. I do tend to use a little more conditioner than shampoo on my long hair, but not that much. So before the sale ended, I stopped by the store and grabbed 2 more shampoo. They weren’t my first choice of shampoo, but at least they still had my favorite brand in stock. So I have lots of shampoo and conditioner for the year. Story continued below . . .
2. While I was still trying to decide whether I had to go into the store to actually get the shampoo, I looked it up on Amazon to see what price they have on their liter of shampoo. It wasn’t pretty, compared to the sale, so I ended up going into the store. But first, I checked the reviews. That is where I found this gem. Please click on this link. 3. Tuesday is the election, and I am very excited about that. Mostly because the ads will stop, or at least slow down for a while. Living in Kansas City means twice the ads, since our local shows have ads for politicians running in Kansas and in Missouri. And those races on both sides of the state line are getting really dirty. I will be so happy when those ads are gone!
