1. A new season of Dead Pixels starts tonight. It’s about a group of gamers, and if you are or have a gamer in your life, this one will resonate with you hard. Season one was incredibly funny, and I can’t wait to see what this season has in store!
2. Lasagna. It’s such an amazing comfort food, and it takes care of like 3 dinners throughout the week, each time getting just a little bit better as the flavors mingle. Earlier tonight, when we’d had it put together (most of the work of the Italian food we love is done by my bf Brad), we waited about 40 minutes to put it in the oven. I said it was so it could “flavorize,” which I totally made up on the spot. But Brad agreed with me, which shows why I love him—because he’s smart enough to agree with me. (Love you!) But this lasagna was absolutely delicious, and it will just keep getting better, so it it making me very happy.
3. I was thinking we needed a new way to store all the cat toys that have been taking over the place, so I went to the Amazon and searched. This is what I found. It is adorable, it is roomy, and it is portable. Love it! And yes, I did try to get a picture of DonDon in the box that said Cat Stuff, but when he finally woke up from his nap and checked out my purchase, he only jumped into the Amazon box. What can you do? Cats are gonna cat.
