here we are again, with me once again not getting many reviews written. I don’t know why words are so hard right now, but I am hoping they will find their way back to me.
I am still reading though. I just finished Buyer Beware, a crazy thriller about a woman who moved into her new house only to find layers of secrets and threats going on. And out this week is new Donna Andrews, which is perfect for me right now. I need to spend some time hanging out with Meg at Ragnar’s ranch (IYKYK). It’s Probable Caws, and it’s so much fun. More about these soon.
I’ve also been reading the new Golden Girls cozy mystery on my lunch half-hours, so watch for that review soon. This time, they are stranded on an island with a handful of strangers, so there is just not enough cheesecake. But it’s still clever, with the soul of the original Girls on every page. It sounds like it may be mystery week here on the blog. Also, now I want cheesecake. And two weeks off from work to lay in bed and read. Or maybe three.
