snapshot 7.26

Have you ever had one of those days that stretched out to 2, and then a week, and then a month, and then longer? Ya, it’s been like that. I’ve been reading, but sitting down and putting words together has been a struggle. I’m going to try a different approach this week, but I can’t promise that it will work any better than last week’s approach. We’ll see. But I do need to write something this week, because book details are piling up in my head, and I need to get them out before I lose them completely. We’ll see how things go. Hopefully the weather (way too hot, and for a couple more days at least) won’t derail me.

There are a lot of great books still coming out this summer, and I’m not sure which I’ll get to, but I know one for certain. Donna Andrews’ new mystery is coming August 4, and you know I’ll be listening. Probable Caws is on my list, because her books about Meg and her family are must-reads for me, even when I am struggling to focus. I can’t wait!
