snapshot 5.10

just finished: On the Loose in London! It’s a kids’ chapter book about dog siblings who take a trip to London. She likes to plan everything out in advance, and he just takes life as it comes. It makes for some dicey situations but also some great adventures. It’s a lot of fun.

currently reading: most all of the same books I’ve been reading. I’m having some issues with finishing books these days. I’m going to work on that this week.

I’m also reading the new Claire Douglas, The New Neighbors. This is a twisty thriller about old secrets and new neighbors. I need to get further in to figure out what’s going on, but I am all in. I can’t wait to see how all the different pieces come together in this story.

up next: I don’t know. I need another week or two to get my reading organized.

This weekend, I finally got the chance to get out and hit up a local independent bookstore. They had a great selection, and I did some happy damage. If you need me, I’ll be reading!
