snapshot 2.15

wow. last week did not go well. Work turned into a dumpster fire, and I just had no words to write at the end of the day. We are making adjustments at work, so this week should be better, which is good. There are so many good books to talk about!

currently reading: Skate it Till You Make It. It’s an Olympics rom com about a hockey player and a photographer. She needs a fake boyfriend to keep her ex off her back, and he is trying to get insider photos so he can get a good job after the games are over. This one is a lot of fun. Perfect if you’re wanting more Olympics stories to curl up with.

I’m also still reading Meet the Newmans, and it took a turn this last week. I really need to just sit and power through it, but I’m not sure I’ll find the time this week.

I also just started A Little Buzzed, a rom com set in a company that manufactures adult toys. Because: buzzed. Were you thinking coffee? Ya, it’s not that kind of buzzing. And since Amazon and Barnes and Noble both flag certain words in their reviews (and not always the same words), it may be a challenge to write this one up. Let’s see if we can figure it out.

up next: lol. I have no idea. I’m just going week by week right now and hope things get better at work. Really fast.
