Okay, so it’s been rough. My anxiety has been up and my sinuses have been annoyed. So for now, I’m just trying to breathe. I haven’t been reading as much as I was hoping to, but the anxiety makes it hard to focus. But I am trying.

currently reading: this week is the release of Ruth Ware’s new book The Woman in Suite 11. I’d love to say I’m reading it, but I was not able to score an early copy, but I did preorder the audio book. But I haven’t yet read the first Lo Blacklock book, The Woman in Cabin 10, so I’ve been listening to that. It’s spectacular, of course. I’m about halfway through and can’t wait to see what happens.

I’m still reading Julius, Julius. It’s a lot of fun and it’s not very long, but I find myself not wanting to rush through it.

up next: The Game Is Afoot, the follow-up to Elise Bryant’s It’s Elementary. I really loved that one, with the school murder mystery, and I am really looking forward to this next novel in the series.

And I scored this one in a Goodreads win. It comes out Tuesday, so look for it in stories this week.
