New cookbooks coming this spring! This list from Eater hits a lot of high points, but I'd also like to point out Edward Lee's new book Buttermilk Graffiti that's also coming out in April. I've been a fan of the Top Chef alum who almost made it to the third judge on Masterchef (he had my vote, but no one asked) for awhile, and I love his first cookbook Smoke and Pickles. You should check that one out too, if you haven't already.
