just finished: Just finished The Sunday Girl. Bonkers! A woman tries to get revenge on her sociopathic boyfriend, and things don’t go quite as planned.

currently reading: The Tourist Attraction. I posted the trailer for this on my Facebook feed a week or two ago. Now I’m reading it, and I am loving it. True rom com with a quirky couple of characters and a great location. I can’t wait to say more. I’m also still reading Good Boy, and tearing up often. Jinnifer Boylan is one of those talented writers who has you laughing one minute and wiping tears away the next. Powerful and heart-warming. And I’m reading Darling Rose Gold, loosely based on the family from the documentary Mommy Dead and Dearest, about a woman with Munchausen’s syndrome by proxy whose daughter suffered at her hands until she was a teenager. The story is bonkers, and the book is even crazier.

up next: Not sure yet. Between seasonal allergies irritating my eyes and my recent decision to watch The Real Housewives of New York from the beginning, I’m not reading quite as much as I had been. Although I did just win an audio download of A Taste of Sage, which comes out later this month, so I would like to dive into that one next week! (Thanks, Harper and Book Riot!)
