just finished: Anatomy of a Scandal. This is definitely a book club book. I know this because I have lots of thinks and feels about this book, and I currently have no one to talk to about it. But it's good. It's exceptionally good. Especially in this day and age (#MeToo), it's powerful and interesting and gives you all the thinks.
currently reading: Down and Across, a ya book about finding yourself and crossword puzzles. I'm really enjoying it so far. I'm also reading a couple of cozies, and I have some Mick Herron to read. I have been wanting to get into his Slough House series for awhile, and I have Spook Street to read. Also, he has a new book coming out Tuesday, This Is What Happened. It's not part of the Slough House series, but it does involve spies. I'm hoping to dig my teeth into that one too.
up next: I still have a lot of thrillers to get caught up on. And more cozies. And a couple of humorous novels. Basically, I'm way behind on reading. But I'll get there. It's all good. Any reading is good reading, and there are lots of good books out there just waiting to be read and shared.
