recently finished: a gorgeous cookbook about the food of the Netherlands. We don't hear much about Dutch food, but we should. It's coming out December 4, so watch for Emily Wight's Dutch Feast, and check out her first cookbook, Well Fed, Flat Broke.
currently reading: Amulya Malladi's The Copenhagen Affair. It's about a woman who has a mental breakdown and how she copes and heals and how her husband deals with it. It's fantastic. I hate to put it down! And I just started Galt Neiderhoffer's Poison. It's a mind-bender, I can already tell. It's going to be a good reading week.
up next: Lucy's Book Club for the Lost and Found by Emma Davies, which seems like a charming treat filled with delight and fun. And Trappist Beer Travels, which I've had my eyes on for awhile. It's a travel journal to monasteries where monks make beer, pretty self-explanatory, really. But I can't wait to grab a few minutes to dive in.
Winter is coming, friends. It's time to buy yourself some tasty tea, grab a soft blanket, and snuggle into your favorite reading chair with a stack of books. Read on!
